Art Hx: Visual and Medical Legacies of British Colonialism

Tables and short walls are grouped to create an exhibition space within a larger room with arched windows. The tables hold small models of buildings of varying architectural styles and stages of completion. Photographs of diseased people, medical instruments, and landscapes hang on the walls. Text in Dutch on the rightmost wall translates to "poor care,” “childcare,” and “rehabilitation."
